Shipping
At Glassology, we pride ourselves on our incredible customer service. This holds true when it comes to orders being shipped to customers. We offer convenient, quick, and easy shipping services to customers all over the world.
All orders are shipped as soon as possible and processing times vary depending on how many orders are placed ahead of yours and how busy it is in our shop with in-store clients. We usually ship same day if payment is made early enough in the day, or next day if our pickups have already taken place. Parcel pickups only take place on weekdays, and shipping is not possible over the weekend or on a stat holiday.
When an order has been received, the buyer will receive an email receipt of the purchase. Please be sure to provide an accurate and active email address.
Buyers will receive an additional email with tracking information as soon as it is available to us. Please note that tracking will only be searchable in the system once Canada Post has picked up and scanned the package.
Upon arrival, if any sign of damage is suspected when you receive your package, please record an unboxing video just in case. If anything is, in fact, damaged, send us the video and supplementary photos IMMEDIATELY, on the same day the package arrived. We cannot accept late damage claims. We have shipped tens of thousands of packages over the years, and package everything very well, but on rare occasions, packages are mishandled in transit.

Regardless of whether an age restricted item is purchased in-store or online, ID will be required. Shipped orders will require age verification via Canada Post's service.
*If you are not located in Canada, you may be required to pay duties and/or taxes upon receipt of your package. You can check in with your local tax or customs authority to learn more about what to expect.
*It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that what they have ordered is legally allowed to pass through their country's customs.
*Glassology is not responsible for the actions of the shipping company used to deliver purchases. We are not responsible for items left unattended at a recipient's door. If you know your package is en route and you will not be home to collect it from your door, please make precautionary arrangements at your end.
